Did you ver get an answer? I've had the same problem, and have learned that when you purchased your XPE licences you should also have recieved an invitation to sign up for the Mobile and Embedded Partner's Extranet Once you have signed up, you can search for and find the download you are looking for.
Now, I'm looking for instructions on how to apply the patch. Do I add it to my development environment, or do I run it on the target image after it's built?
