qfe 888506 download

So I am a little late to the XP embedded game but its what we had at
work. Anyways:
I purchased a bunch of PID's that came in envelopes (1/license). I
opened one up and it gave me the required Runtime key. It also tells
me that I must go to " https://microsoft.embeddedoem.com " to download
QFE 888506. The extended runtime product key range blah blah blah.
The problem is, this page doesn't exist and I can't find this qfe
anywhere. Anyone know where I can get it? Cheers, Lucius

Did you ver get an answer? I've had the same problem, and have learned that when you purchased your XPE licences you should also have recieved an invitation to sign up for the Mobile and Embedded Partner's Extranet Once you have signed up, you can search for and find the download you are looking for.
Now, I'm looking for instructions on how to apply the patch. Do I add it to my development environment, or do I run it on the target image after it's built?
