STOP: 0Xc000021a {Fatal System Error}

I built XPE image for my system using TAP .
The TAP detected Hardware device : IDEA PCI,
The Target Designer did not found suitable components for this device.

So, after the FBA stage had been terminated , I found in the Device
Manager that
no driver had been attached to the PCI Serial communication .

I installed the 1553-IDEA using installation CD of the product.
The installation includes installation of Jungo PCI card and
installation of 1553-IDEA application.
The installation phase was completed successfully,but when I reboot
the system I got
"blue screen" with the following announcement:

STOP: 0Xc000021a {Fatal System Error}
The windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with
status of 0xc0000139(0x0000000,0x00000000)

On Windows XP - 1553-IDEA product works perfectly.
