WES 2009 HORM Intel Video Issue

I have built and deployed a successful image that uses EWF and HORM. This
took a bit of time because the machine is booting to a compact flash and we
are using Ram Reg mode. After a little tinkering, HORM now works dependably;
however, the last issue I am having is a video issue.

We are using Windows Embedded Standard 2009 and a board with Mobile Intel
945 Express Chipset. When I wake from hibernate while HORM is active, the
start menu buttons do not show up until the mouse pointer is rolled over
them. So, basically the graphics are a little screwed up.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
