help! Is there a trick in installing printers on the XP
system. Granted my printer is older it is a Espon Stylus
Color 740. I orginally tried to install it using the
disk and responded to the question with "yes" I have the
disk. As I later came to find out I should have allowed
XP to update the driver. I did everything I could to re-
do the process but nothing seems to work. The printer
will not print. I went to Epson and Microsoft help
sites, it appears they have updated drivers for 98 and ME
but nothing for XP.

What am I doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated.
Could it be that I just have to buy a new printer.
