Folder Customizations Invade

I thought this to be slightly funny and at times ironic:
For some VERY strange reason, selected folders on my hard
drive have decided to become customized folders (the kind
of folder that you set up throught View > Customize This
Folder...) unprovoked and sometimes in folders I cant
customize (like the "My Picturs" folder became a music
folder and C:\ became a pictures folder...err..drive)
I know xp will analize a folder to see if its contents
are more to a certain genre (ie pics or music) and change
the folder customization automatically, but I cant
remember ever having a music file in "My Pictures" nor a
picture on the root c:\
Can this be reversed? I cant even customize these folders!

Open a folder. Tools > Folder Options > View > Reset All Folders
