I have a question: When you have alreday typed in a web
site in the address bar and when you type in a similar
address ex www.nhl.com and when you type in say
www.nike.com it automatically comes up www.nhl.com. It
remebers the nhl one and I wish it would stop bring up
old sites (nhl) is the example.

Some help would be greatly appreciated
Trent

>Click the address bar first so it highlights it then
rightclick and select delete, that will clean the bar.

Hi Trent,

Either clear your AutoComplete (IE/Tools/Internet Options/Content
AutoComplete or remove selective typed URL's from here:

Start/Run/Regedit: Open your registry and find the key below and delete any
value you want to remove.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
TypedURLs

Hey Dude,
If you already have the address bar on display (View > Tool Bars > Address
Bar) goto Tools > folder options. On the view tab check the box to 'display
the full path in the address bar'. If you want to show the path in the title
bar check 'Show full path in the title bar' in the same place.
