I have a couple of questions. I created a shortcut for my screensaver, and
also a hotkey. When I use the hotkey it goes to the screensaver but only for
a second and then back to the page where I was on, why won't it stay? And
also where do you have to go to password protect the screensaver? It's not
in the same spot as in earlier win versions. Thanks for your help.

One more, when I just did a spellcheck it gives me an error, is there a
setting that I have to change? Thanks

The reason the hot key proboably doesnt work is that
screen savers are set to end when you move your mouse or
press a button on your keyboard. When u use the hot key it
counts it as if you had pressed a button on your keyboard.

You should find that in appearance and themes settings
under the tab "screen saver" you will a find a check box
saying something about "fast user switching" check this
and youll see the log on screen when you get off from the
screen saver. You may not see the screen if you use your
shortcut to the screen saver.

What do you mean by spell check? What were you checking?

Hi Brodie,

Go to Start/Run/EXPAND X:\i386\CSAPI3T1.DL_ C:\CSAPI3T1.DLL (Where X is your
CD-Rom drive letter). And then copy it to: Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Proof

Or download the file here: Replace the Csapi3t1.dll file
http://www.tech-pro.co.uk/howto_010.html

An error occurred while the spelling was being checked.

Checkpoint: Go to Start/Run/Regeditand navigate to this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools

In the right pane where it reads: SharedFilesDir, verify that it reads:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared under Data.
