xp explorer to win 98 explorer?

Is there anyway to change xp explorer to the windows 98 explorer. There is
only one user for my computer and I would like to get rid of all the shared
folders, etc. and have explorer open to my c drive instead of my documents
all the time. I basically would like the design of windows 98. Any help is
appreciated.

While you cannot change the Explorer you can set up the start folder.
Use the command-line
EXPLORER.EXE /e, C:\
