Where or how can I get more stationary for Outlook Express 6? Also, are
there any free upgrades available to a newer version to Outlook Express?

I use to get a lot of stationery here once:
http://www.thundercloud.net/help/

As for any newer version of OE - no.

Winmail is the next one in Vista.

1) You may want to try here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/stationery.aspx

These are for Windows Mail (ie Vista) but I'd think they'll work fine with
Outlook Express (but caveat emptor - and there seem to be problems with
animated stationery). MS don't seem to provide any for OE anymore, that I
can see (eg the site you now get to in OE from Tools > Options > Compose >
"Download More" stationery isn't exactly replete with them).

There are any number of other sites out there providing stationery if you
just search the web. But if you do that, you'll probably want to spell it
correctly, with an "e" not an "a". For instance:

http://email.about.com/od/freeoutlookoestationery/Free_Stationery_for_Outlook_and_Outlook_Express.htm

2) Outlook Express stops at version 6, there is no OE7. The next incarnation
was "Windows Mail" in Vista. Just be sure to keep your OE patched with
Windows Updates.

For further questions, you migfht want to try the Outlook Express groups
(there's even a "Stationery" one, although there's not a lot of activity on
it).

...where they know how to spell the word correctly everywhere but in the
actual site address!

Plus, to add to the other very good suggestions here, if you press on
the 'Select Stationary' item under the top menu item 'Message' > 'New
Message Using' you can also, instead of just 'selecting' stationary, you
can also press on the 'Create New...' button!

Also, if you receive an email that uses a stationary you like, you can
select 'File' > 'Save as stationary' to create a stationary based on the
received message...
