Is it possible to change the default of "Start Menu" when using the right
click Explore from the Start button?
click Explore from the Start button?
Using XP Pro.

No. This is for to quickly open the Start Menu in an Explorer view. To
open the Explorer in certain folders create Start Menu shortcuts. See
"Explorer.exe Command-Line Options for Windows XP"
