Does anybody out there know how to change the icons for the Internet
Explorer, Explorer, and Outlook Express toolbars? (Back, Forward, Home,
ect.)
I've used Y'z toolbar but it does not work with my security settings. I'm
looking for a permanent fix.
I've heard you can achieve this effect by editing shell32.dll. Does anyone
know a link to a simple explanation.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
