When attempting to select "Add/Remove Programs" from
the "Control Panel", I get the pop-up Parser message:

"Value creation failed " at line 472"
I need to know what registry setting or key is missing or
compromised causing this Parser message to be displayed.
Can someone help?

Hi Allen
This occur when you are running a non Microsoft visual style and the folder
containing the style has a differing name from the theme.
To get rid of this error you can switch back to a Microsoft Theme or goto
/WINDOWS/Resources/Themes/<Name of theme in use> and rename the shell folder
to the name of the visual style shown in the appearance tab. If you have a
theme with multiple variations you must rename each folder to what is
displayed in the appearance tab.
