Hi Andrew,

Check your settings here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\
System. In the right pane if you have anything listed under Wallpaper or WallpaperStyle, either change it or delete it.
