I have a window that was moved to far to one side of the desktop to be
accessible with the mouse. What are the keyboard commands, or other
options, to move it back to where I can latch on to it with the mouse?

With at least one other application open, right-clicking on the taskbar and selecting 'cascade
windows' should bring the app back onto the screen.

Hi,
Right click on the corresponding button on the taskbar and click on move.
After doing so you can get the window back in view by using the arrow keys
on your keyboard.
