Hello
Just have a question/fix to why we are not getting our
Emails. I signed up on 2 July and still no email. Well I
went in to re order the download and when it had my "order
verification" screen it has my email as *****@msn.com.
Well the problem is I signed up with my hotmail account!
Now the question is.........Is the @msn.com and
@hotmail.com the same? If not there may be our problem!

No, they're not the same. The MSN domain is for an email
account through MSN as a service provider. The Hotmail
account is the free email account. Both provide you
automatically with a Passport. It's your Passport that is
verified. If you had to--and I'm thinking you did--sign
into your Passport, you have the option of selecting
whether it is thru the MSN or Hotmail domain. One false
keystroke in a hurry, and you've got the wrong domain, for
which a Passport may not necessarily exist....
