Translation:

The reason some are anti "Test" messages is it creates a non topic message
using up valuable news group space. But unfortunately the condemnation
messages being created are ten fold and it compounds the waste of electrons.
It is considered by some as a Mortal Sin.

I will now seek a confessional, absolution, penance and a rebirth into
purity, for I have also sinned by contributing to the dilemma. Mea culpa,
mea culpa, mea culpa.
