You have used the System Configuration Utility to make changes to the way
Windows starts.
The Sys Config Utility is currently in Diagnostic of Selective Startup mode,
causing this message to be displayed and the utility to run every time
Windows starts.
Choose the Normal Startup mode on the General tab to start Windows normally
and undo the changes you made using the Sys Config Utility.
Does this mean there is something wrong with my computer or should I just
choose "Normal Startup" on the General Tab?
Thanks in advance.
You click cancel, its simply advising you you made changes, when you amend
an entry in msconfig, there is an option as to whether to launch it when you
reboot after the changes

msconfig.exe doesn't get rid of anything. It disables entries by moving
them to a holding registry key or reconfiguring the start mode of a
service. You never mentioned HOW you used msconfig.

Which you did. So now enable the checkbox to stop showing that alert of
what you did in subsequent boots.
