drwtsn32.exe error: (0xc0000142)

Dear all,

My computer couldnt start.

Every time it failed with the message:

drwtsn32.exe error: application failed to initialize properly (0Xc0000142)
click ok to terminate the application.

I could not terminate it even though i clicked OK.

I tried with save mode,...., but all failed.

Please help meeeeeee

I don't get this answer... where's the fix on that page?
