Recommended updates for wrong version of MS Office

I am running Windows XP Professional V2002 SP3 and have Office 2003
installed. I went to Windows Update and selected Express. Recommended
updates for Office 2007 were returned.

NOTE: I recently installed Visual Web Developer 2008 Express SP1 which I
think installed Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and or MySQL Server 5.1 (both are
shown in Add Remove Software, and that's another post).

Should I download and install the recommended updates for Office 2007 when I
am running Office 2003 on my machine?
