I keep on getting this error message, it first tried to install via
Automatic Windows Update, kept failing.
so I downloaded it manually and tried to install
Then I saw this error message.

I tried reinstalling/repairing install of other MSXML updates, then
retrying to install this update - no good.

Please assist.

Thanks

Chris
