Updating Beta 2 to Beta 3 when it comes out?

When (and if) Beta 3 of Vista comes out, will it be handled through the
auto-update features or will it have to be a seperate download with a fresh
new install all over again?

I dont 100% know, but with other realases it was completly new downloads, but
as far as I know, this is the alst manjor Beta release

First - likely this will be the last beta release.
Second - with most betas - it is necessary to wipe clean the installation of
the last before installing the latest.
