Windows Movie Maker Update Install

While installing This update, my pc shut down. The
updates no longer show on the update list. I managed to
install some updates The last four show that they failed.
I am unable to complete installation, as the window is
gone and I can't get it back. This update is not able to
be uninstalled, so I can't uninstall and start over.The
installation had begun when my pc shut down.....any ideas
about how to rectify this problem, greatly appreciated.
