Clear the Windows Update cache the use of the steps outlined here:
o Press to Search and kind Services.
o And then Press – Enter.
o Reach out to the Background Intelligent Transfer Service. Right click on and then pick Stop.
o View for the carrier – Windows Update.
o Stop this provider in the equal way we advised above.
o Now, click on Win+ E and navigate to folder
