how do i fix this module "regsvr32 sccbase.dll"? Error Code: 0x800B0004 from
win update

Hi,

I would think you have Windows 2000, and Windows 2000 does not include
the Sccbase.dll file. In this case, just omit the Sccbase.dll file from
list off DLL's you run regsvr32 on.

Hi,

Omit --> leave out, skip

In the instructions you are following, just skip the line
"regsvr32 sccbase.dll" because it doesn't apply to computers
running Windows 2000.
