C0000161, 80070246, 800705B9 Error Codes. What do they mean?

I have not been able to complete my windows update due to those three errors
that keep coming up, when is microsoft going to post some solutions, or at
least an explanation of their meaning??

3a. Check Windowsupdate.log (%windir%\Windowsupdate.log) for errors
associated with the download/install.
