Hi, downloading the new servicepack, something happened & computer shut right
off. Now when I boot up, device manager find a lot of new devices, like my
mouse & keyboard & volume.. etc.etc.,
Also, a lot of programs wont start up because I get error messeges stating
that Imm32.dll file cant be found.( re-installing this application may fix
this problem), but it doesnt. Lost use of a lot of programs, even after
trying to re-install.
Where may I get this imm32.dll file(s) ? Are they system state files, is my
computer very sick?
I removed the new service pack, and still have the same problems.
Any help would really be very appreciated.
Thank you much!!! John.
