Error code 0x800F0826 installing Vista SP1

32-bit, and it gets all the way to stage 3 where it says it failed and
reverts the installation. When I get back into Windows I get the following
message from the SP1 installer:
Windows Vista Service Pack 1 was not installed on your computer.
Error code: 0x800F0826.
I have run CheckSUR, and the System File Checker, but they did not help.
After checking the CBS.log file I found the following error that appears to
be preventing SP1 from installing:

Similar errors are repeated through phase 38, index 72. I can provide a full
log if anyone is interested.
Does anyone know what I can do to get it to install successfully?
