With all the information you just gave I wouldn't be surprised if 100 people
started fighting over who's going to help you first.

Try giving more information, like OS, what service pack, the error number or
which update failed.

USB to 2 RS232 cable MosChip MC7720 based does not work on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, even after installation of 64 bit drivers latest version available on MosChip web site.
