I HAVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE LATEST CRITICAL PACK AND THE MICROSOFT NETWORK
INSTALLATION FAILS. I TURNED OFF ALL MY VIRUS AND FIREWALL PROTECTORS AND I

Hi -
Don't turn off your firewall or antivirus, ever.
What errors are you getting, and what is the exact patch you're trying to
download, and for what operating system?
Please don't type in all caps - it's hard to read & is considered
"shouting".
