Can someone help me with this problem,
When the Licence Agreement comes up and it says you must
accept to proceed with download, for some reason I do not
even get an option. It asks me if I agree with the terms
of the Agreement but there is no ACCEPT or DO NOT ACCEPT
buttons to click on. Am I really inept or is there a
trick to this? The only thing I can come up with is that
my screen is too small and I am not getting the whole
agreement!!!
Thanks for any help you can give me!

Right click on the Desktop, choose Properties, click the Settings tab,
click Advanced, for Font Size, set it to Small Fonts (96dpi).

Hi,

I have a friend that just ran into the same problem, I was
able to find a solution that helped him on microsoft's
website. Go to the support section, and search for article
243433 in the knowledge base and try the soultion, it
state's that your browser fonts are the problem.

Good Luck.

The easiest workaround is to press Tab. Usually that shows you the
Accept button. If it doesn't just press Enter assuming that you do see it.

Search? Knowledge Base is much easier than that if you've
already got the article number and/or update number. They
are one and the same now! Just append the number to this
basic url and off you go - too easy.

Lee,

Do you have Quick Search.exe installed in your Links bar?
(e.g. from reinstalling IE5 Web Accessories)

In that case you can make an Address bar shortcut command
with a similar template and name it something short such as KB.
Then all you need to do to go to a KB article is type KB, a space
and the article number.

Credit Jim Eshelman for the insight of using the registry's SearchUrl
feature to implement templates for other things besides standard
searching. If you don't want to use Quick Search.exe to do this
you could go to his web site and find the equivalent registry hack.
Supposedly there are other tools which can make the same changes too.
