Server 2k3 - No Updates Installed Error

Been getting this message on Server 2k3 for some time and can't resolve it.

I'm installing Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer for Windows
Server 2003 (KB832894) and
Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB828028) and each fails. Have
tried individually, also downloading then executing.

Here's a snippit from my Windows Update.log:

Hi Doc,

Let's try installing the updates in Safe Mode.

Download the updates from the Security bulletin site :
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/current.aspx

Boot into Safe Mode and install the updates.

Any change?
