I cannot get this update to work no matter what I do. I'm running all
current updates sans this one on a new Dell XPS 1330 laptop.

What update?
Windows version? If Vista, has SP1 been installed yet? <=Just asking, not a
recommendation!!
What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?
