E-mail fails to reply, forward, or compose

I am a soldier stationed in IRAQ, I bought an HP Pavillian ZD7010 and it has windows XP. I use AKO for e-mail and I can view my e-mail, but can't reply, forward or compose. I am sure it is my settings, but don't know what and where to check. I can log on another machine and it works fine. What am I missing?

Very valid question however it is outside the scope of Windows Update
Support. I did some research on the AKO portal and found these web links:

and

https://akomail.us.army.mil/

If you are successful with one PC using the AKO web based interface, I would
guess you are right that it is some setting. Please check with AKO support.
