XP SP1 Downloads, but Won't Install....

Hi Jeff,

Are you attempting to install SP1 via Windows Update? Try downloading and
installing from:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/network.as
p

Download the file (xpsp1_en_x86.exe) to your PC and then double-click on the
file to start the install.

After installing, try the Windows Update site again and let me know if the
problem persists.
