Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool Error Messages

Need Help!!!

I got 0 KB, 0 minutes in the details message areas for "Windows Genuine
Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130)" after I selected window update ->
Express -> Details. And then, I select button (Download and Install Now),
and nothing happened... Is my "window update" broke? How do I fix this
problem. Thanks.
