I just got a new computer with Win XP on it and now I
can't install Family Album Creator. I think it is a
compatability issue with XP. I tried Help and support
issues for compatability issues and it was neith helpful
nor did it support. Can you offer any help. I really
liked this software and I do not have the money to buy
another one. Oh, go figure I can not find the company on
the internet.

Hi Amanda,
Perhaps too obvious a question but do you have a Family Album Creator
that is supported by Windows XP. It should say on the software packaging. If
it is meant to be XP compatible can you tell us what error messages you
receive?
