MSN e-maqil & MSN windows update

Seems that My 1st help call went to Dave, and then seem to
stop there. Have still been unable to open MSN e-mail as
well as Windows Update, anything to do with MSN I cannot
open gives me "the page cannot be displayed".
Would apprecite any help

Hi KenF, try reinstall your TCP/IP. Sometimes it just as
simple as to confirm that you have correctly key-in your
Primary and Secondary DNS. Also don't forget to clear your
cache under Tools->Internet option->Temporary Internet
