my microsoft officce outlook acting weird

when I try to use microsft office as my internet server it comes up telling
my that I have some messenges that needs to be sent, but when I try to send
them, a message come up telling me that it cant find my server (google). How
can I fix it. Can I delete the server (microsoft), and reinstall it again
using microsoft up grades? Please help.
