how to install nvidia drivers on windows xp sp2

hello guys i have this problem and i cant find any solution to it.After
upgrading my system to xp sp2 from sp1 i cant install nvidia drivers.Every
time i try to install them after rebooting after the windows start up screen
the screen goes blank.Then when i start the computer in safe mode and diable
the nvidia drivers the system starts and works fine.It seems this is the
problem only with xp sp2 as i ve seen many guys on the net with the same
problem as i m facing,but i cant find any definitive treatment for this
problem.Can any one help me?

Are you use graphic card vendor driver? or nvidia driver? Please check
vendor site for a new driver.

Hello hakan ,i've tried everything i can find.I've got original nvidia
drivers CD which came along my card as well as downloaded latest nvidia
drivers from nvidia site.But nothing works as i've already mentioned this is
the problem not with me alone and is only with sp2.If i switch back to xp sp1
evrything works fine.

Have you tried uninstalling the video card with SP installed, shutting
down and removing it? After that, put the card back in and see if you
can't install the drivers you downloaded from nVidia.
