I can't open anything on ma P.C

every time i try open something it says "Windows Cannot
find"the locating of the program"then it says make sure
you type the name correctly aand then try
again.........and it is for every things.......please
help me!!

You need to specify which version of Windows is on this pc, plus, really you need to post to a "general" group for that flavor of Windows.
I'd make sure to run an antivirus to rule out a pc virus. Keep in mind this *may* need a Windows repair or re-install at the worst case.
It also depends on whether you have a very recent *backup* of your system.
