Error 0x80072EE2

I have tried to use the service Microsoft Windows Update, but the system
gives back to a called error 0x80072EE2 to me, has consulted and has followed
every instruction until the end, but the error goes on.
Not only error affects to the service Windows update, also to other
applications like MS Money.
The present state of the system is version 5.1 Build
2600.xpsp_sp2_gdr.070227-2254. SP2. The explorer is 7.0.5730.11

What can I do?. thanks
