Server 2003 - Error 0x80093102: ASN1 unexpected end of data

Trying to update Server 2003, keep getting following error for each update:
Error 0x80093102: ASN1 unexpected end of data

Tried downloading and installing each of the updates individually and the result is the same error.

Hi Terry,

This error sounds like a certificate issue but I'm not really sure. I
recommend posting on Server related newsgroups.
