Security Update for Microsoft Office Web Components (KB947319) Fai

I have a Windows XP Home Edition, Version 5.1 (Build
2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.090206-1234 : Service Pack 3)

I uninstalled Microsoft Access 97 and installed Microsoft Office Access 2003
on Monday September 14, 2009. All my automatic updates prior to Monday were
working correctly and for Windows XP now I can't install the above update and
the updates are for Office 2003. I get the error code: 0x8007006E when I try
to install the update. Should I do a system restore, if so how, if not then
how do I get the update to install?
