Hi,

I'm having trouble with five windows updates that all fail the install.

Where I'm at:
I'm running Windows XP and Service Pack 2 is installed. Other updates have
been installed without problems.

What I've done so far:
I've disabled both my ZoneLabs firewall and AVG Antivirus, but that didn't
help. I renamed the WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution folder so that a new one was
installed. Through the Windows Update site, I did succeed in installing a new
version of the Windows Update software itself. But after that, still failure
on these five updates.

The codes for the updates are (in Dutch)
KB944653: Beveiligingsupdate voor Windows XP
KB941568: Beveiligingsupdate voor Windows XP
KB942615: Cumulatieve beveiligingsupdate voor Internet Explorer 7 voor
Windows XP
KB941569: Beveiligingsupdate voor Windows XP
KB942763: Update voor Windows XP
Where 'beveiligingsupdate' stands for Security, and the rest pretty much
looks like English anyway.

What should I do next?

Kind regards,
Wytze Schouten

Tip: Temporarily disable real-time protection by your anti-virus and/or
anti-spyware applications (e.g., CounterSpy, Spysweeper, Spybot, AVG
Anti-Spyware) and/or any third-party firewall (e.g., ZA) before attempting
to install the update(s).
