RDP Problem

Weird problem I hope someone can help me with,
I have an application that when its starts, it checks the computer name
of the client PC against a database. If it finds it, it launches the
application. No problem internally.

Also no problem if I connect remotely with my laptop, via VPN and then
to a windows XP work station via remote desktop. App launches fine.
It sees the computer name of the XP box.

The problem is if I create a RDP session to a ISA published terminal
server. The application says that the laptop name is not in the
database. Same laptop, same app.

I don't want, cant have, all the remote user PCs in the application
database. What I am hoping to do, is have that RDP session, appear to
come from the terminal server, not the remote client, just like it does
in my VPN scenario above.

This problem has me talking to myself.
Any help would be great...
