There's no complete reference on it that I know of; in fact, the complete
set of registry keys isn't even documented anywhere, let alone the
valuenames themselves!
Your best bet is probably to cull through both the MSKB and newsgroup
archives, using unusual strings from the setting names and paths as search
terms; I do most of my searches for stuff like this from Google - and
usually http://groups.google.com since it tends to have more complete and
focused information than a generic web search.
Just for kicks, here's my longest listing of major TS-related registry
keys, client and server side. Each of these keys may have further
subkeys; I just took the top-level key that became TS-specific. It does
not include secondary keys. For example, the ActiveX controls for the TS
client have keys with leaf names MsTscAx.MsTscAx and MsRDP.MsRDP; there
are versioned keys for those with appended numbers (MsRDP.MsRDP.1 and so
on) and there are separate keys for the CLSID value listed under them, but
I did not include any of those...
