RDP vs Video Mode

Hey everybody, I am having a problem and was wondering if anyone has seen
this or know the answer. When I remote into a machine and then try and
login at the console, I get the "Cannot Display Video Mode" error. This
happens when I remote into my home machine (XP SP2) and into various servers
I support (Server 2003). It doesn't happen to all of the ones I remote into
and its not just from my laptop.
