close program with X

Hello all,

Is there a way to disable the little X in the upper right hand corner of the
window?

We are using a program through terminal server and found that using the x in
the corner to close the program is leaving the sessions open and it causes
problems. I don't think we can count on people not pushing the little x, so
we are trying to figure out how to disable it.

any suggestions?
