Terminal Server Session printing and security

I have a problem in mapping printers when in TS application mode. When 2
separate sessions are logged in using different logins, they can see each
others printers. Is there any way to isolate these?

I have a DOS app that prints to lpt1, so I set up 1 session printer shared
as DOS then map LPT1 to \\termserver\dos. When in the other session I cannot
setup their printer share as DOS as it is already shared. Any thoughts would
be greatly appreciated.

Also,

What is the best way to lock down the terminal server session so all they
can access is the DOS app and printers.
