Office 2003 and normal.dot

Hi,

I have a Windows 2003 terminal server with Office 2003 pro installed on it.
All latest updates installed for both windows and office.
The problem i"m having is that when you start word i get the following
mesage "Word has detected a problem with the existing normal.dot. Would you
like to create a new normal.dot ?". If you press yes, you can start word
normaly and work. When you close word and restart it, the message is gone.
But after a few restarts of word the message pops up again ?
I have done all basic troubleshooting in found in the microsoft
knowledgebase but no succes.

Anyone any ideas,
